Dec. 6 (Bloomberg) -- Allen Smith, the chief executive officer of Prudential Real Estate Investors, says "relative to other parts of the world, the U.S. economy looks remarkably good" and if there is a compromise for the so-called fiscal cliff that allows the economy to grow, "real estate market fundamentals will improve."
