Sept. 18 (Bloomberg) -- Stephen Roach, former non-executive chairman of Morgan Stanley Asia, and Tian Hou, founder and president of TH Capital LLC, discuss the impact of China's regime change and it's growth domestic product. They say the current slowdown in China will not be as bad as it was in 2008, as China's new five year plan suggests lots of new windows for growth.
